Shipping policy

Most Pause Co. apparel orders are made to order. We take great pride in ensuring you receive quality items while also desiring to get them in your hands as soon as possible! 

Please allow up to 15 business days for Pause Co to make your custom order. We will always do our best to beat our typical turn around times and in most cases we will especially for items in-stock! If your items are being shipped, you will receive tracking once the order has been prepped for shipment. 

If your order is returned to Pause Co. for "insufficient address" or any other reason that is not the fault of Pause Co., your order will be refunded and restocked with a 10% restocking fee. Shipping and route insurance will not be refunded.
